11am: Nutrition for Vitality
Run Well Fitness is a Personal Training business set up by former Scottish and GB sprinter Susan Deacon. Alongside her PT clients and her group fitness sessions she also advises her clients in nutrition. Susan Deacon will be presenting a Be Well nutritional seminar focussing on how to get started implementing simple, practical and healthful ways to eat for optimum health. It is not about quick fixes or crash diets, but instead about aiming towards long term lifestyle change to help improve your health and to feel amazing.
1pm: Break for Lunch
2pm: Figure Out What You Really Want in 2015
This two-hour group goal setting session offers you an opportunity to reflect on the balance in your life right now, and to visualise what you would like to achieve personally and professionally in 2015. Leyla will support you within the group to draw out your vision of how you want to live your life, reconnecting you with the passion that drives you. Leyla also offers one-to-one coaching sessions through which she can guide and support you on your journey to make that vision a reality.
4pm: Tea Break
4.30pm Take it all in
An hour of relaxation techniques to help you absorb all of the information. You will leave us with new found energy, focus and the knowledge that you have everything under control!
